Congratulations on your purchase of DreamFit sheets, which come with a One Year Warranty against defects in materials. Please see below for details.
What is Covered?
If you purchased DreamFit sheets or pillowcases, this warranty covers defects in materials. Warranty coverage is applicable for a period of one (1) year from the date of the original retail sales invoice. If during the warranty period this product is found to be defective because of defects in materials or workmanship, Homtex, Inc. (Homtex) will replace with the same product, or a product of equal value, at no charge to purchaser. Purchaser must give notice by contacting Customer Service by telephone at 877-373-2634, within 5 days after the discovery of the defect. The original purchaser will be required to provide a receipt to our Customer Service Department before a warranty claim can be reviewed, and warranty claims cannot be reviewed without it. The purchaser may be asked to provide the defective product and/or pictures of the defective product. If the purchaser does not heed this request, it could void this warranty.
What Will Homtex Do?
When a warranty claim is approved, a replacement for the defective product will be shipped to the purchaser at no cost. If the purchaser is asked to return the defective product to the Homtex facility, the purchaser will be provided with a pre-paid return label.
Your Rights Under the Law:
This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights, which may vary from state to state.
What is Excluded Under this Warranty?
Homtex makes no warranty with respect to the normal wear of the material. In addition, this product must be cleaned in accordance with the Homtex care and use instructions. Care instructions are included in the packaging of this product, and can be found at DreamFit.com. Any implied warranties shall be limited to the duration of the one (1) year limited warranty. In no case will Homtex be liable for the incidental or consequential damages, whether such damages are claimed on account of the breach of warranty, breach of contract, negligence or strict/product liability, including without limitation, damage to property other than the product, or economic losses. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
